Resiliently Mindful is designed for any workplace where staff are struggling with stress, burnout, and/or compassion fatigue. In this workshop learn and put into action mindful strategies such as self-compassion and play, while taking time to laugh and recharge! Incorporating both preventative and reactive strategies to stress and burnout creates a winning formula for a more resilient workforce. Be prepared to have fun, laugh and feel restored!

Focusing solely on laughter and humour, this workshop is designed to simply take the stress off through laughter. Incorporating simple improv games into this hour long fun time allows participants to learn to be mindful in the moment through laughter. I have done this workshop with elementary school-aged children, adults experiencing mental health, and corporate professionals and laughter truly is the best medicine at any age!
I love any opportunity to share my resilience, strengths, and hopes! Through my formal education in psychology, and my lived experience of overcoming trauma and championing my resilience, I am a motivational speaker and my goal is to inspire!
