As a professional I am a proud graduate of Trent University, class of 2018 with a B.A in Psychology. I credit Transformational Arts College for the game changing Life Coaching Certificate I completed in 2017. My background in improv comedy has also played a big part in my coaching, employee trainings & workshops. My lived experience of overcoming childhood trauma has helped me to connect with others and share my story to inspire and empower others, who like me, were navigating the ups and downs of working on ourselves and needed to know we are not alone and change is very possible!

Whether as a workshop with other women or one-to-one coaching with me, I am passionate about educating and coaching women about self-worth! As a peer myself, focusing on enhancing my self-worth and self-awareness has been game changing in terms of my overall contentment with life, relationships and how I have learned to handle stress and overwhelming emotions when they come up. I provide education and coaching with simple tools that are proven to increase SELF-WORTH & SELF-TRUST!

Combining two great positive psychology/wellness strategies; Laughter Yoga and Self-Compassion make a winning combination. With their universal application, anyone can participate in Laughter Yoga and learn Self-Compassion! This is a great workshop for the workplace or a private event! You can do them separately or combined!

From my peer-lived experience overcoming trauma as well as my professional experience researching, facilitating, and educating about trauma recovery, I deliver workshops with both perspectives.
